Three sequencers in one box
Two independent melodic sequencers each provide pitch, gate and velocity CV, so they can drive a VCO, a filter and an envelope simultaneously rather than just firing notes. Alongside those, a dedicated drum sequencer outputs eight physical gate jacks — which is precisely what a module like the NANO Modules OCTA wants to see: eight trigger inputs, eight cables, no adapter.
Why it works with Eurorack specifically
The sequencers run on their own clock and can also clock the rest of the rack, and the CV outputs are calibrated for 1 V/octave so tuning holds across the range. Because it is standalone, it works with a rack at any stage — you do not need a MIDI-to-CV module to get started.
